Get More Leads
If the right customers cannot find you, nothing else matters. We help more of them discover your business and reach out, so your pipeline stops depending on luck.
Most service businesses do not have a lead problem. They have a visibility problem and a follow-up problem. Getting more leads means being findable in Google, Maps and AI search when someone is looking, being the obvious choice when they land, and responding before a competitor does. This page maps the three, and where to start depending on your business.
The problem: customers cannot find you
- You are not showing up in Google when customers search
- Not enough enquiries are coming in
- Website traffic is low or inconsistent
- Competitors are winning the leads that should be yours
- Lead generation feels hit-and-miss month to month
The outcome we are after: a steadier flow of enquiries from people who actually want what you sell.
From invisible to booked
Four moving parts. Most businesses have a gap in one of them rather than all four.
Get found
Google, Maps and AI search pick you up when someone looks for what you do, in the area you actually work.
Give them a reason to choose you
Reviews, a site that answers the question they came with, and proof you are local and real.
Make it easy to enquire
The page, the form, the click-to-call and the chat all pointed at one obvious next step.
Respond before someone else does
Every enquiry followed up quickly and consistently, so fewer of them go cold while you are working.
Where the enquiries actually come from
Six ways to get in front of people, what each is good at, and when it is the wrong place to start.
Local SEO and Google Business Profile
- Good for
- Being the business that turns up on Maps and in the local pack when someone searches nearby.
- How fast
- Builds over months, then keeps working without ongoing spend.
- Wrong choice when
- When you need enquiries this week and have nothing else running.
AI search (AEO)
- Good for
- Being quoted when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI answers for a recommendation.
- How fast
- Follows your site structure and content, so it moves as those improve.
- Wrong choice when
- As a replacement for local SEO. It sits on top of it, not instead of it.
Google Ads
- Good for
- Buying your way in front of people already searching for the job, from the day it switches on.
- How fast
- Starts the same week. Stops the day you stop paying.
- Wrong choice when
- When the page you send the click to does not convert. Fix that first.
Meta Ads
- Good for
- Creating demand and staying front of mind with people who are not searching yet.
- How fast
- Starts quickly, but usually needs testing before it settles.
- Wrong choice when
- For urgent, high-intent jobs. Search catches those better.
Website and landing pages
- Good for
- Turning the traffic you already get into enquiries instead of exits.
- How fast
- One of the fastest changes to feel, because it lifts every other channel.
- Wrong choice when
- Rarely. If nobody is arriving, though, visibility comes first.
Content and social
- Good for
- Answering the questions buyers ask before they enquire, and giving AI search something to quote.
- How fast
- The slowest to start and the longest to keep paying off.
- Wrong choice when
- When the basics are not done. Profile and site first.

Trades and home services
The phone rings while you are on site, the quote goes cold, and the review never gets asked for. The fix is a way to get found in your suburbs and a follow-up system that runs whether or not you are on the tools.
Clinics and healthcare
Patients and clients compare clinics in Google and Maps before they ring, and the enquiry is lost at reception if nobody picks up. Local discovery, then bookings, reminders and recalls handled around the front desk.
Professional services
Buyers here check credibility long before they enquire, so the work is clarity about what you do, evidence you can be trusted with it, and readiness to handle the enquiry when it arrives.
Three ways in
Do it yourself, buy a one-off piece of work, or have it run for you.
Do it yourself
$49
The Get-Found Kit and the Lead-Capture Kit, each $49, if you would rather work through it yourself.
One-off
From $497 + GST
Google Business Profile Optimisation is $497 + GST. Profile plus local listings is $747 + GST.
Managed monthly
From $750/mo + GST
For trades this is the Be Found package. For clinics the equivalent is Get Found Locally, also from $750/mo + GST.
Setup is a separate one-off cost. Most builds start from $850 + GST. We confirm the setup cost before work starts. Monthly prices shown here do not include setup or GST. Higher-volume SMS, call or AI usage is quoted before anything changes. Managed trades and clinic packages require a 3-month minimum foundation term, and continue month to month after that unless a different scope is agreed.

Getting more leads comes down to three things: being findable when someone searches, being the obvious choice when they land, and replying before a competitor does. Most businesses have a gap in one of the three rather than all of them, which is why a scattergun approach wastes money. Work out which gap is yours first, then fix that.
It depends on the channel. Ads can put you in front of people the week they switch on, while local SEO and content build over months and then keep working without ongoing spend. Most businesses run something fast and something compounding at the same time so there is no quiet stretch in between.
If budget is tight, start with your Google Business Profile, because it is free and it compounds. Ads make sense when you need enquiries now, or when you want to test demand for a service before committing to the slower work. The two are not rivals, and most established businesses end up running both.
There are three entry points: a $49 DIY kit, a one-off profile optimisation from $497 + GST, or a managed package from $750/mo + GST. Which one fits depends on how much of the work you want to do yourself and how quickly you need it moving. Setup is quoted separately and confirmed before any work starts.
They can fill a diary, but you are usually buying a lead that has been sold to several businesses at once, so you compete on price and speed rather than fit. They work best as a top-up while you build channels you own. The problem is that when you stop paying, the enquiries stop the same day and you have built nothing.
Cheap leads usually come from where the lead was generated and what it was told, not from bad luck. Shared marketplaces and broad ad targeting attract people shopping on price, while your own search visibility attracts people who went looking for your service specifically. Changing the source usually changes the quality.
Most of the time the existing site is fine and the problem is what happens on it. Slow pages, no obvious next step and no way to enquire out of hours lose more work than an old design does. We look at what the current site is costing you before recommending a rebuild.
AI assistants pull from the same signals they can read and verify: a consistent business profile, clear answers on your pages, structured data and mentions elsewhere on the web. That means being quotable, not just rankable. You can check what they can see about you with our free AEO Visibility Check.
“Near me” results are driven mostly by your Google Business Profile, not your website. Incomplete categories, an unverified or thin profile, inconsistent details across directories and a lack of recent reviews will all keep you out of the local pack. It is usually fixable without touching your site.
Most of what we do is built for small teams, including one-person businesses. The DIY kits exist for exactly that, and the managed packages start at the level a solo operator can carry. Smaller businesses often see the difference sooner, because there is less already in place.
Yes. We are based in Sydney and deliver Australia-wide online. Local search work is tied to the suburbs you serve rather than where we sit, so the location that matters is yours.
You get visibility on what came in and where it came from: enquiries, calls, form submissions and which channel produced them. The point of the reporting is deciding where next month’s money goes, so it is built around that rather than around impressions.
